私人待辦與訂閱記事簿。無需帳號，所有功能免費，沒有 App 內購或付費方案，資料儲存在你的裝置。

操作與提醒

提醒沒有出現，該如何檢查？

在 Tally「設定」啟用提醒，並在 iOS「設定 → App → Tally → 通知」允許通知。待辦需要未來的到期時間及開啟提醒；已完成、沒有日期或過期的待辦不會排程。訂閱必須是進行中，並選擇提醒提前日；訂閱在指定日期的上午 9:00 提醒，已過去的時間不補發。

請檢查專注模式、通知摘要、橫幅及音效設定。Tally 使用 iOS 本機通知，顯示方式和送達提示受系統設定影響。App 最多安排最近 60 筆提醒，請定期開啟 App 更新後續排程。

暫停、付款與刪除會影響什麼？

暫停訂閱會停止其提醒及預估支出，但不會取消實際服務。記錄付款只更新本機紀錄並推進下一個扣款日期，不會向銀行付款。刪除訂閱會保留付款歷史快照；已刪除的待辦無法復原。

如何備份或移至另一台裝置？

前往「設定 → 匯出備份」，把 JSON 檔存到你選擇的位置。在另一台裝置選擇「匯入備份」，檢查預覽後確認。相同識別碼保留目前資料，新增的記錄才會匯入。Tally 沒有自動雲端同步；刪除 App 前請先備份。

備份包含待辦、筆記、訂閱與付款記錄，請妥善保存。透過分享功能交給其他 App 或服務後，資料由你選擇的接收方處理。

資料保留在裝置

Tally 將待辦、訂閱、銀行選項、付款記錄與偏好設定儲存在裝置的 App 沙箱。開發者不會從 App 收集或接收這些資料。Tally 沒有帳號、廣告、分析 SDK、追蹤或開發者提供的遠端資料庫，也不連接銀行帳戶。

通知與外部服務

提醒使用 Apple 的本機通知，需經你授權。通知標題可能包含記錄名稱；你可以在 iOS 設定管理鎖屏預覽與通知權限。自行輸入的服務網址會交由系統開啟；外部網站依其自身政策處理資料。

備份與刪除

只有當你主動匯出或分享時，備份檔才會交給你選擇的儲存位置或接收方。裝置的系統備份可能包含 App 資料，依你的 Apple 設定處理，開發者無法存取。你可在 App 內刪除記錄，或刪除 App 移除本機資料；既有匯出檔、系統備份或接收方的副本需分別管理。

支援聯絡與政策更新

主動寄信聯絡支援時，開發者會收到你提供的電子郵件與內容，僅用於處理問題，不用於廣告。請避免提供敏感內容。若 App 的資料處理方式變更，將更新本頁及生效日期。隱私問題請聯絡 jack879tw@gmail.com。

Support & Privacy

Tally is a private, offline task and subscription record keeper. All features are free, with no in-app purchases or paid plans, and require no account.

Reminders

Enable reminders in Tally Settings and allow notifications in iOS Settings → Apps → Tally → Notifications. Tasks need a future due date and reminders enabled. Completed, undated or past tasks are not scheduled. Active subscriptions notify at 9:00 AM on the selected reminder day; past reminder times are not sent retroactively. Check Focus, notification summaries, banners and sounds in iOS. Tally schedules the nearest 60 reminders; open it regularly to refresh later reminders.

Payments and backups

Pausing a subscription does not cancel the real service. Recording a payment does not move money. Export a JSON backup from Settings before deleting the app or moving devices. Import previews show the records to add; matching identifiers retain existing records. Deleted subscriptions keep payment-history snapshots. There is no automatic cloud sync.

Privacy policy

Effective October 6, 2026. Applies to the Tally iOS app.

Your tasks, notes, subscriptions, bank selections, payment records and preferences stay in the app’s local sandbox. The developer does not collect or receive them from the app. Tally has no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, developer-hosted database or bank-account connections.

Local notifications require permission and may show record names; control previews and permission in iOS. External service links open through the system and follow the destination’s privacy policy. Backups are shared only when you choose to export or share them. Apple device backups may include app data according to your settings; the developer cannot access them.

Delete individual records in the app or delete the app to remove local data. Manage exported files, device backups and copies shared with others separately. If you email support, the developer receives the email and information you provide solely to address your request, not for advertising. Please omit sensitive records and redact screenshots. This page will be updated if data handling changes.
